INSTRUCTIONS
After reading and accepting the privacy and acknowledgement statement (by clicking "Accept"), choose your profession, association, or industry and click "Go". You will be taken to a list of currently available surveys for you to select from. To answer a survey, use the "Select" link (at right) to highlight it then click "Answer" survey. Complete the survey and select "Submit" survey. Your survey results will be displayed. Use print in your browser to obtain a report with your answers and training notes.

PRIVACY & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT STATEMENT
This RiskMASTER system is completely anonymous. Guild does not collect any data regarding any user. Your answers are not stored or identifiable. You therefore must complete a survey and generate a training report in one session. If a survey is left incomplete or you log out, all answers will be cleared. By clicking on Accept, I acknowledge that: (a) No identifying data is retained because this system is anonymous. (b) The system is indicative in nature, and aims to provide general guidance, to assist users in the identification and management of their risks. (c) Guild Insurance Limited accepts no responsibility for any action taken subsequent to completion of a survey and no liability is accepted for the accuracy of the information provided.
